Territory levels

The flag level decides four things at once: the size of your base, how many structures you may place, how many vehicles fit in the garage and what it costs to keep.
Full table
| Level | Radius | Structures | Garage slots | Upkeep per 7 days | Flag price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Flag I | 20 m | 40 | 3 | 10,000 $ | 100,000 $ |
| Flag II | 30 m | 70 | 6 | 30,000 $ | 500,000 $ |
| Flag III | 50 m | 100 | 10 | 70,000 $ | 1,000,000 $ |
The flag itself does not count towards the structure limit.
Upgrading
There is no separate upgrade fee. The process is:
- Buy the flag kit of the next level from a trader.
- Walk up to your own flag and use "Upgrade flag".
- The kit is consumed and the level goes up.
Going from level 1 to 3 therefore costs 500,000 + 1,000,000 — though you can also buy the level 3 flag directly if you can afford it.
When the upgrade fails
- Only the owner can upgrade, not members.
- Upkeep is unpaid — pay it first.
- The flag is stolen — restore it first.
- The new radius overlaps another territory, the trade zone or a spawn zone. The radius grows, and every distance check runs again.
Choosing a spot
The level 3 radius is 50 metres. If you plan to grow, look for a place with 50 metres clear around the flag in every direction and more than a hundred to the nearest foreign flag.
Downgrading
Levels cannot be lowered. The only way to cut costs is to disband the base and place a new flag.
