A clan has three ranks.

Nobody can kick the creator. The creator cannot leave either — only disband the whole clan.
Only the creator can promote a member to admin and demote them back.
A clan does not grant base access
This is the most common misunderstanding.
A clan is a list of 10 people, map markers and a shared roster on screen.
A territory is a separate list, also up to 10 people, managed through the "Territory" tab in the F2 menu.
What a base member can do
- build and dismantle structures;
- set, change and remove PIN codes;
- pay upkeep;
- use the virtual garage;
- spawn at the base.
What a base member cannot do
- upgrade the flag;
- restore a stolen flag;
- invite or remove others;
- disband the base;
- repair damaged structures — owner only.
Leaving a base
A member can leave on their own from the menu. The owner cannot leave — only disband the base, which deletes every structure and the flag.
